By using BillMatik, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
BillMatik provides restaurant management software including, but not limited to, cloud POS, WhatsApp AI ordering, online store, loyalty programs, credit system, inventory management, kitchen display system (KDS), rider tracking, and analytics. We may add or remove features at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the platform, to infringe on the rights of others, or to transmit any harmful or malicious code. You may not resell, lease, or sublicense the service without our written permission.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of BillMatik or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your restaurant data, but grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service.
Your use of BillMatik is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or non‑payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data as required by law or at your request.
BillMatik is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillMatik and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third‑party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BillMatik is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in such courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
